Select Hardwood Floors is a family owned business. We are very grateful to live and work in beautiful North Idaho and be a part of such a special community.

John has been in the hardwood flooring trade since he was sixteen years old when his father opened "Seattle Hardwoods." He received 1st hand training from some of the top names in the industry and has continued to perfect his skills over the last 22 years on the job. John has been a business owner since 1995 when he opened Select Hardwood Floors. Working in Seattle during the rapid growth period provided John an opportunity to work on projects big and small. Those include: downtown Seattle high-rise commercial projects, meticulous restoration of historic homes, multi-million dollar new construction and remodels (thanks to Microsoft clients) as well as every kind of residential home. Most of our work has come from referrals from satisfied customers, so we know how important it is to do great work at a fair price.
